Return Exchange Policy
At Airmello, clothes are made to match your vibes, not just your size. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process with a few simple terms:
Returns will be considered up to 7-10 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken.
1. Exchanges

In this case, create an exchange request via mail id: info.airmello@gmail.com/ whatsapp chat. Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag has been removed.

We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order twice. If the both attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

Once the items reach our facility and have passed quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched from our facility.

Please Note - Items once exchanged, cannot be exchanged again. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase. If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, an additional ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.

Exchange refusals post shipping your exchange product will incur a dedication of INR 100/- from your refund. Kindly place an exchange request only if you wish to go ahead with it

Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
2. Returns

Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 -48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution

Once the items have passed quality check, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credits. Please note that for all Cash On Delivery Orders (Standard and/or Express) the refund initiated will be in the form of store credits only (deduction as applicable).

If you return the product , INR 100/- logistics charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds to payment method can take 7- 10 business days to reflect in your account. Refund to store credits are instant.
To return an item:

Please raise a request at with a clear photo or video where brand tag should be visible.

Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 3-5 working days.

The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY. If you receive a faulty item, please raise a return request within 7 days of receipt.
Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.

Important Notice for Coord sets :
To maintain the integrity of our Coord sets, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges for items bought in bundles:
Returns :

Whole Coord set Return: If you wish to return any item purchased as part of a Coord set, you must return the Coord set. Individual items from a Coord set cannot be returned separately. This helps us manage our inventory and maintain the quality and value of our Coord set offerings.
Exchanges :

Partial Coord set Exchange: We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange one or more items from a Coord set without returning the entire Coord set. Therefore, you are allowed to exchange individual items within a Coord set. For example, if you purchased a Coord set containing two /three items and wish to exchange one or two of them, you may do so without the need to return the entire Coord set. Please follow our standard exchange process for these items.
- Products purchased on 'SALE' such as "End Of Season Sale", "Birthday Sale" etc. cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
General Guidelines :

Items purchased during any special events like Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1), Buy 2 Get 1 (B2G1), or items bought at a discount of 30% or more, will not be eligible for returns. We’ll only allow size exchanges on these, subject to availability. Please refer to the discount code T&Cs while purchasing.

Activewear products are subject to strict hygiene checks. Items not meeting our QC standards will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If eligible for return, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Refusing to accept your order at delivery will be considered a return, and a refund will be processed as per the return policy.
Note: Airmello will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product by the customer.
