Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch Time Frame

We will ship your prepaid order within 48-72 hours and COD order within 3-4 working days. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Airmello is not liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information. Airmello is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

Delivery Partners (India)

Airmello partners with trusted delivery services including Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC for secure and efficient order delivery within India. Currently, we ship only all over India.

Delivery Timelines

Please allow 4 - 8 business days for domestic shipping .Delivery times vary based on your location. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Please note external factors such as natural disasters may impact delivery.

Order Tracking

Delivery To Unserviceable Locations

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/whatsapp to monitor your shipment's status.

Incomplete Or Incorrect Information

If we are unable to deliver to your address due to remoteness or service limitations, we will promptly notify you and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. Re-dispatching may incur additional shipping charges.

Pre-Order Products

Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. For these, the tentative shipping time is mentioned under the description tab on the product page itself.

Pre-Paid Orders

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

An additional shipping cost of 100 INR applies to COD orders. This amount is non-refundable and will be calculated at checkout.

Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the non-refundable shipping charges paid at the time of order.

For international orders, shipping charges will be applied at actuals, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the customer.

Airmello retains the right to modify any policy terms and conditions at its discretion.
